Click the Yootheme Builder button.
After editing, click the cancel or Save Layout button near the top of the edit column. When you are done click the close button.
Logging in
The login page is located at https://www.c-uphd.org/cms/login.html
Once logged in, you will see an additional toolbar menu at the top. Under the login menu you can logout and view your user profile where you can change your password. This page is also linked there.
Adding a new restaurant opening
Create the address with map link
example:

Go to the website and login https://www.c-uphd.org/cms/login.html
Under the EH in the top toolbar menu select "Add new restaurant opening"
** Enter new openings in this order, County, Urbana, Champaign. This is required to sort them on the website due to different categories.
Under the publishing tab under Category scroll down and select one of the following.
- Champaign County - new opening
- Urbana - new opening
- Champaign - new opening
Go to the content tab and enter the name of the business under Title *
To format the rest of the information go to this link and enter the address. The address must be formatted as 3425 Stone Street, Apt. 2A, Jacksonville, FL 39404
After you enter the address and any optional things like (Mobile) or (Change of ownership) click the submit button and the page will generate the text for the address with a google map link to the location.
You should get results like this

Highlight and copy this text and paste it into the website form in the large editor window.
Click the save button.
In a new window, go to this page if you want and check the new listing.
If anything needs to be changed go back to the form and make the changes and re-save it.
When you are happy with the new item click the close button.
To enter another new restaurant opening repeat the steps above.
Adding a new cottage food operator

NOTE: If you paste in the name as bold select the text and unbold it and then bold it. Pasting it will give it a 'b' tag and the text will not display as bold unless you use the 'strong' tag.
The title should be the name. Information should be entered as the sample below.

Adding a new press release

A few notes
- All phone numbers should be formatted as 217-352-7961, not (217) 352-7961, and should include a tel: link.
- Times should be listed as 8:00 - 11:00 a.m. or 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
- The date and any contacts text should be 14px. The words FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE and Contact should be bold.
- All email addresses should be mailto: links.
- The logo(s) should be centered.
- You can insert images in the press release using the CMS Content → Media button and upload an image.
- In general, links should not be set to open in new windows.
- The folder images/documents/press_release/pr-images has all the logos previously used in press releases including
- Carle logos
- CC Health Care Consumers
- County public health logo
- DHS
- EMA
- Several IDPH logos
- Medical Reserve Corps
- Safe Kids
- And more
PDF of press releases reside on the web server in the directory cms/images/documents/press_release/xxxx (xxxx = year). You do not need to put it there now.
In the new press release form, select the publishing tab. Under category, select the current year below the press release category. Go to the content tab.
To edit a press release go to the press release page, click the title of the press release to open a view of the single press release. At the bottom of the press release, you should see a small edit icon and the word EDIT. Click this to edit.
You can copy the top section from a previous press release to save time.
Open the PDF of the new press release and copy everything from the Heading of the PR to the end and paste it into the new form.
In the popup that opens, browse to the top level (images), then to documents/press_release/year. Click the "Upload" button, browse to and select the PDF you want to upload. Click the "Insert Media" button. You should see a small popup labeled "Additional Data". Leave the Download option selected. Click Insert Media. Make sure this link is left aligned.
Open the press release page. The new press release should be at the top of the page. If it is not, you may have selected the incorrect category, or none at all. If everything looks good, you are done.
