Anyone living with HIV/AIDS is eligible for case management services, regardless of income or insurance. Those who meet income and insurance guidelines are also eligible for dental care, housing services, utility support, primary HIV medical care, nutrition services, vaccinations, transportation assistance, mental health services and other services.
