Champaign-Urbana Public Health District

Our sexual health clinic offers diagnostic services and treatment for gonorrhea, chlamydia, human papilloma virus infections (genital warts), syphilis, and trichomonas. We also offer testing for HIV and Hepatitis C. All testing is CONFIDENTIAL. Individuals age 12 and older can seek services without the permission of an adult.

We also offer the Gardasil vaccine. Gardasil is recommended for individuals ages 11 to 26 and protects against 9 types of HPV responsible for the majority of HPV-related cancers and diseases.

Tests We Offer

Chlamydia & Gonorrhea – Testing is done by collecting a urine sample, throat swab and rectal swab.
HIV, Syphilis, and Hep. C – Testing is done by collecting a blood sample.

How much does it cost?

The cost will depend on your insurance and the type of service you receive. No one will be turned away for inability to pay.
