The Champaign-Urbana Public Health District Announces Procedures for Rescheduling COVID-19 Vaccinations if Individuals Cannot Make Their Appointment due to Inclement Weather
CHAMPAIGN, IL – The Champaign-Urbana Public Health District (CUPHD) announces COVID-19 vaccination clinics will continue this week as scheduled; however, if individuals need to reschedule due to inclement weather, they may do so.
Please follow instructions specific to each site. To reschedule at:
Rantoul Youth Center, located at 1306 Country Club Lane, Rantoul.
