Environmental Health provides public access to the last year of health inspections. You can search for an establishment record using the case number, inspection type, address, or date of inspection. Our office will provide an updated, alphabetized list of completed inspections every month. (Please note: the system does not support searches by DBA name.)
Inspection Detail Listing by DBA.
• Navigate to the top bar of the Tyler Citizen Self Service page and select “Today’s Inspections.” The case numbers displayed on the landing page represent the most recently completed inspections.
• Once you locate the record you need, select “View Inspection.” This will open the inspection details for that record.
• Click the paper icon in the upper right hand corner of the screen to view the Food Establishment Inspection Report.
